Identify the areas of wellness you need to work on most in your life; emotional, financial, social, spiritual, occupational, physical, intellectual, or environmental. Illustrate the dimensions using collage. We will be making wellness lanterns. The lanterns are illuminated from within, like our recoveries. Experiencing recovery is like having a light go off inside of us. Decorate your repurposed lanterns using elements that relate to your recovery, words, affirmations, or pictures. Use paper towels, glue, clear plastic tumblers, and LED tea lights to make them light up. Place the lantern near a peaceful place in your home to remind you of the positive possibilities in your future.
