express my creativity to the best of my ability.”

environment that fosters professional advancement. This is my ideal working environment,
as I thrive working as part of a team. I prefer working in a group where team members
can encourage each other and share their ideas. I also enjoy working for a company
where I know I can continue to grow my skills both personally and professionally.”

“I prefer to work both independently and as part of a team. When I researched your company,
I noticed that many employees work together and then branch off into their own
respective duties. I’ve found that this balance of teamwork and independence is how I
thrive most as an accountant. While I love collaborating with others, I also enjoy spending
time alone to focus on my accounting responsibilities.”

no one gets mad. I like to work hard but I find if I can’t take a break when I need to my
work suffers. I want my boss to be like me, someone who has been in my situation, maybe
a peer or someone with an understanding of people with disabilities. I’d like my office to
be near a park because I like to have lunch outside on nice days.”
